Employer/Agency Payment Checklist

If your employer offers an educational benefit, you may be eligible for assistance with tuition costs. Here's how to get started:

Confirm Benefits: Check with your employer to confirm if educational benefits are available.

Submit Verification Request: Email hccs.bursar.thirdparty@hccs.edu to confirm your intent to use employer-sponsored payment and verify if an employer is an authorized agency.

Enroll: Register for your courses to generate a bill.

Submit Your Bill: Present the bill to your employer for payment.

  • Log in to your Student Account, select "View Account by Term," and access your bill that also includes your course schedule.

Employer Acknowledgment: Present documentation from your employeer to the Cashier’s office. Documentation could be a voucher, approval letter, or steps to access their company portal.
